The boy they sent out, I think his name was Willy, was nice but a little goofy so I wasn't sure he'd get all the corners and spots from my dogs. But when he started working he was all business, super diligent, listened to all my instructions and my carpet hasnt been this clean in years. I gave him a piece of candy on his way out and he gave me that goofy smile again and it nearly broke my heart bless that child. Now they also do my neighbor Doloris house on my recommendation.
