We had a guy and gal team. They were polite and professional. They were wearing masks and gloves due to Covid. My carpet was really dirty and I requested they just clean the traffic area because I couldn't move furniture. They cleaned beyond the traffic area in some places which I really appreciated. I am very satisfied.
