Had Zerorez out last week to deep clean our condo. (5 rooms, hallway, steps, couch, and three chairs.) WOW is the only word that comes to mind! Chuck, the AWESOME technician, was prompt, knowledgeable, and VERY professional. He explained the process thoroughly and DID NOT try to sell us anything that we did not need. He tailored the cleaning to our needs. Not only do our carpets and furniture look and feel new, since they do not use harsh chemicals to clean the carpets, but they're also wasn't a heavy chemical order when the carpets were done. The dry cleaning solution used on the furniture had a pleasant scent that did not last long. We are going to have Zerorez out in a few weeks to clean the interior of our car.
