Just rented a place and needed to get carpets cleaned. Zerorez did such an amazing job! Tim was very professional, approachable and put up with my millions of questions! His nose is something else! He could tell based on smell that there was a caged animal (most likely bird) in the room that my boyfriend had allergies in. And no, Tim did not know about a bird allergy prior to. Zerorez is more expensive, but they really know how to get the job done and it's very impressive since they are a green company-which green products are not usually as effective as those nasty chemicals. I will be calling back to get mattresses done in the future... had no idea they did that too!! Satisfied customer!
